Deck 3, the Plaza Deck, is the first public deck, two stories above waterline. In most ports you'll embark on this deck where you'll find the Guest Relations and Shore Excurions information desks. Also on this deck is the Theatre, Grand Foyer, Passport Bar, and lower level of the Dining Room.
